Why it matters

Why one fake review costs more than it looks

Your rating sits next to your name on Maps and in Search. For many people it is the only thing they read.

Google Maps showing restaurant pins with their star ratings, names blurred
Maps shows the rating before the name.

Calls and walk-ins fall

People see your stars before your website, address or hours. They compare you with the business next to you on the map and tap the better rating.

Buyers read reviews before they decide

Customers, patients, home buyers and recruits read your Google reviews before they call. So do banks, investors and journalists checking a company or a CXO.

One attack drags the whole average

A cluster of one-star reviews posted in one week can pull a strong rating below four. That number then follows you into every search and map result.

What to expect

How the engagement works, and what it costs

We protect a business rating and reputation. That is not a cheap, per-review job, so here is what to expect.

A restaurant's Google reviews tab showing a 3.3 rating from 24 reviews and the filter chips rude and behaviour, business and reviewer names hidden
A 3.3 from 24 reviews, with 'rude' and 'behaviour' as the top filters.

No payment for the assessment

Send the link. A specialist checks it privately and tells you whether it qualifies for removal. No obligation.

One quote per case, approved by you

One fake review is not the same as thirty from a competitor. We quote for your case after reading it. Nothing starts until you approve.

Only reviews that qualify

False, fake, defamatory, from people who never bought from you, or against Google's policies. Genuine feedback is never touched.

Can every Google review be removed?

No. Anyone telling you otherwise is not being straight with you.

Google decides, not us. Only reviews that break Google's policies, or that a legal route reaches, come down. We check yours privately and tell you honestly before you spend anything.

If it is fake, false, defamatory or breaks Google's policies

We prepare the case and handle the removal for you, end to end.

If it is genuine feedback

We tell you plainly, help you reply well, and build the newer genuine reviews that outweigh it.

Google's rules

The Google policies reviews are removed under

Google's content policy is the test. A review that breaks one of these rules can be reported and removed. A harsh but honest review breaks none of them.

Spam and fake engagement

Reviews not based on a real experience, or posted from fake or paid accounts.

Conflict of interest

Reviews by competitors, current or former employees, or anyone paid to post.

Off-topic content

Rants, complaints about a different business, or anything not about an experience at your location.

Harassment and hate speech

Reviews that threaten or attack an owner, a doctor, a manager or staff, or target a protected group.

Impersonation

Reviews posted under someone else's name, or claiming to speak for a person who never wrote them.

Illegal content

Reviews that contain unlawful material, promote illegal activity, or breach a court order.

Restricted and personal content

Private phone numbers, addresses or ID details, explicit or dangerous content, and other material Google restricts.

Three routes

Policy removal, legal removal, or suppression

Every case takes one of three routes. Which one depends on what the review says and what can be evidenced. We tell you which before you decide anything.

Policy removal

The review breaks one of Google's rules. We document the breach with evidence and report it through Google's channels. Google decides, typically in days to weeks.

Legal removal request

The review states something false that damages you. With our legal partners where a case needs it, a defamation notice or court order goes to Google. Slower, and the strongest route when it applies.

Suppression when nothing qualifies

A genuine review stays. We help you reply well and grow recent genuine reviews, so the old one stops defining you.

Our scope

What we do, and what we do not do

We are a reputation management firm. We help companies, brands and CXOs present their true image online and remove reviews that are fake, false, defamatory or against Google's policies.

We do

  • Act only on content that is false, fake, defamatory, or that breaks the platform's rules or the law.
  • Manage the whole case for our clients, end to end.
  • Handle defamation cases with our legal partners where a case needs it.
  • Build and promote accurate, positive content.

We do not

  • Touch genuine customer or employee feedback.
  • Hack, impersonate anyone, buy reviews, or use any dishonest method.
  • Promise a removal before we have reviewed your case.

What qualifies

Which Google reviews usually qualify for removal

Not every bad review qualifies. These are the cases we see most on Google Maps and Business Profiles.

A business's Google reviews tab with two one-star reviews, names and replies hidden
Two one-star reviews, no visit on record, and the rating is 1.0.

No purchase or visit on record

Reviews from people who never bought from you or visited, and are not in your records.

Clusters posted within days

Several one-star reviews in a short window, often with similar wording or new accounts.

Competitor or ex-employee posts

Reviews written to hurt your rating or hiring, not to describe a real experience.

Personal attacks or false claims

False statements of fact, or reviews that name and attack an owner, doctor, manager or CXO.

Reviews that break Google's rules

Spam, off-topic content, conflicts of interest, hate speech and other content Google does not allow.

Paste the link. We tell you privately whether it can be removed.

How it works

  1. 1Send the review link, or ask for a full profile scan.
  2. 2A specialist reads it privately and tells you whether it qualifies.
  3. 3You get honest odds, the route, the timeline and a quote for your case.
  4. 4We start only after you approve, with regular progress updates.

Why clients trust us

  • NDA with every client. Nobody at Google or in your team knows you hired us.
  • Specialists, not software. A person reads your reviews.
  • Monitoring after the case closes, so a new attack is caught early.
  • Also showing in ChatGPT or Google AI? We fix the sources they rely on.

What to do while Google reviews the report

Do not go quiet, and do not argue in public.

A removal request takes days to weeks, and buyers keep reading your profile meanwhile. Two things protect you while you wait.

Reply professionally, once

A short, calm owner reply that states the facts and invites direct contact. Every future customer reads it; the reviewer rarely does.

Keep the profile active

Post updates, answer questions and ask recent real customers to review you. Fresh genuine reviews dilute the damage.

Google review removal questions we are asked

Can you guarantee a Google review will be removed?
No one can, honestly. Google makes the final decision, not us. We take on only reviews that clearly qualify, so after our check you know whether your case is realistic before you pay.
How do I remove a Google review myself?

Open the review in Google Maps or your Business Profile, choose "Report review", pick the policy it breaks and submit. Google then reviews the flag.

  • Most self-flags are declined because they arrive without evidence: Google sees a business disputing a bad review, not a policy breach
  • A report that works names the exact policy and proves the breach: no matching customer record, the reviewer's link to a competitor, the false statement and the proof
  • If your flag was declined, the case is not over. Our negative review removal service takes it from there
Can you remove all my negative Google reviews?
No. A genuine review from a real customer, however unfair it feels, does not break Google's policies and stays. We remove the ones that are fake, false, defamatory or against Google's rules, and help you answer the rest.
How long does Google review removal take?

It depends on the route and on Google.

  • Policy reports are typically decided in days to weeks
  • Legal removal requests take longer, because a notice or court order comes first
  • A large attack can run across a few monthly cycles
  • Your check states the timeline for your case
How much does it cost, and why do you quote per case?

There is no payment for the assessment and no obligation.

  • Every case is different: one review from a stranger, thirty from a competitor and an attack on a CXO by name need different work, so we quote after reading your reviews
  • You see the quote and approve before anything starts
  • You pay to protect your rating and your business, not for a per-review job
What if my review does not qualify and cannot be removed?

We tell you plainly, before any payment. Genuine reviews stay.

Will genuine reviews be affected?
No. We act only on reviews that are false, fake, defamatory or that break Google's policies. Genuine feedback stays exactly as it is, and we help you respond to it well.
Do you remove reviews on other platforms too?

Yes. Each platform has its own rules and reporting route.

  • Employer reviews: Glassdoor and Indeed
  • Consumer reviews: Trustpilot and Yelp
  • Every engagement is under NDA, and our case studies never name a client

Everyone who searches for you sees your rating first.

Where should we send the result?

Confidential. We reply on WhatsApp, phone or email within one working day. No payment for the review.
