1. Who we are
1.1 Online Reputation Manage ("we", "us", "our") is a brand of JK Smart Solutions LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its office at A 33, First Floor, Saiyadulajab, Near Saket Metro Station, Saket, Delhi 110016, India.
1.2 These terms govern your use of onlinereputationmanage.com and its subdomains (the "Site") and form part of any engagement you start through the Site. A written engagement letter, where we sign one with you, sets out the specific work and fees and takes priority over these terms where the two differ.
2. Using this site
2.1 The Site gives general information about online reputation management. It is not legal advice. For legal advice on defamation, privacy or data protection, speak to a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.
2.2 You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to send us anything unlawful, to impersonate another person, or to interfere with its operation.
2.3 How we handle the personal data you send us is described in our Privacy Policy.
3. What we do
3.1 We help businesses and individuals with content about them online that is fake, false, defamatory, unlawful, outdated, or in breach of the hosting platform's own rules. Depending on the case, that means reporting the content to the platform under its published policies, asking a publisher to correct or update an article, supporting a legal request made by you or your lawyer, publishing accurate content about you, and helping you respond to genuine feedback.
3.2 Before any paid work starts, we review your case and tell you honestly which items qualify and which do not.
4. What we never do
4.1 We never write, buy, sell, post or trade reviews, ratings or endorsements, and we never ask anyone to post a review that does not reflect a genuine experience.
4.2 We never try to remove, report or hide genuine reviews or truthful feedback because it is negative. Genuine criticism stays up, and for that we help you respond.
4.3 We never hack, impersonate, threaten, harass or pressure reviewers, publishers or platforms, and we never make false reports or false legal claims.
4.4 We never claim to control what Google, a review platform or a publisher decides. Each of them makes its own decision under its own policies.
4.5 We will decline or stop any engagement that would require us to do any of the above.
5. No guaranteed outcomes
5.1 Platforms, publishers and courts make their own decisions, so no one can honestly guarantee that a piece of content will be removed, corrected or ranked in a particular position. We do not give such guarantees. Any figures on the Site describe past work and are not a promise about yours.
6. Your responsibilities
6.1 You confirm that the information you give us is accurate, that you have the right to ask for action on the content you send us, and that you are not asking us to act against content you know to be true and fair.
6.2 You agree to tell us promptly if anything you told us turns out to be inaccurate.
7. Fees and payment
7.1 We quote for each case after reviewing it. You see the quote and approve it before any paid work begins. There is no charge for the initial review of your enquiry, and no obligation to proceed.
7.2 Payment terms, including any staged or outcome-linked payments, are set out in the quote or engagement letter for your case. We never take card details through the Site.
8. Confidentiality
8.1 We keep your enquiry and engagement confidential and sign a non-disclosure agreement on request. We do not name clients in our case studies or marketing without written permission.
9. Intellectual property
9.1 The text, design and graphics on the Site belong to us or our licensors. Third-party names and logos shown on the Site belong to their owners and are used only to identify the platforms we work with. Their use does not imply any partnership with or endorsement by those owners.
10. Third-party platforms
10.1 We are independent and are not affiliated with Google, Glassdoor, Trustpilot, Yelp, Indeed, the Better Business Bureau, AmbitionBox, Reddit or any other platform mentioned on the Site.
10.2 Links to third-party sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
11. Limitation of liability
11.1 To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made by platforms, publishers, search engines or courts. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement.
11.2 Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
12.1 These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless the law of your country gives you a right to bring proceedings where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
13.1 We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version on the Site when you start an engagement applies to that engagement unless we agree otherwise in writing.
